Shining...

"Style"

submission: Shining...

Didn't have a great story, wasn't very long, and I don't think anyone can learn much from watching it. But like the last guy said, that doesn't mean it's bad at all. I liked it for its simplicity, and I gave a high score on graphics because the block creatures and the "sun", (assuming this was the object they sought) were definitely different. I've watched a few of your other cartoons and it seems like you have a colorful imagination. I'll bet you had your share of the Dr. Seuss books when you were younger. If not, it's not too late to fuel your imagination that way.

-Go Away-

"I thought I was alone in this world."

submission: -Go Away-

But apparently, there are others iut there that are getting sick of hearing abotu these select few people and their lives. What should I care how many guys Paris Hilton has slept with? Because she's rich? Okay, it's rare to see a slut that's also rich, but she's still a slut. Why is this glorified? And why should I care about what celebrity is married to who? As long as they sing or act and are able to do their job, which is to entertain me, that's all that matters.

I think it would have been worth it to mention the whole political bandwagon some celebrities jumped on during 9/11. That was the most shameful crap I've seen concerning celebrities.

So congratulations in reminding me why I hate being dragged into some stupid, one-way conversation about this person or that when I don't know them or see how their lives should influence mine. I guess you're frustrated about this too.

"The world may not be ending, but..."

look at where our country is headed! I bet most Americans aren't even aware of the recent attacks on Darwin's theory of evolution, and therefore a continued attack on the power of science that helped make America great! Now these religious tightwads are claimign they know a thing or two abotu science when their religion has been proven wrong on so many levels by science. Ignorance evolved into stupidity, and religious nutjobs are trying to drive this country back into the Medieval age.

This cartoon helps, in its own strange way, to demonstrate the childish nature of the extremely religious, the irresponsibility and the irrational mind of those who seek some other excuse for the problems we all face today. And it's not just in our nation, of course. Human stupidity is everywhere.

Hurricanes are happening because of global warming, and some very rational people who know of the powers of science can help stop this problem. The same goes for a lot of other problems that religion gets in the way of. But for those who want to pray that this all magically goes away... good luck. Seriously.

Fighter's Edge

"A pretty cool short flash"

It was short and sweet. Not a legendary flash cartoon, but it shows talent nonetheless. I'm sure you have potential as a flash cartoonist.

YAAFM 11: Scientology

"Now I know what it's all about."

date: September 2, 2005

I never gave Scientology much thought, never bothered reading about it or anything. I assumed it was some sort of philosophy based on the fact that science has provided us with answers to so many questions that religion has failed to provide us with; a near-religious way of thinking, all in praise of science. Looks like I was wrong. A cult that has great influence on the world? Now that's scary stuff right there. Furthermore, I'm afraid a good friend of mine has fallen into a scam of some kind similar to this, but more obvious and just as crazy. Thanks for the laughs, but this time, thanks even more for the vital information. I think I'll read up on this cult a bit.

Actually, it wasn't so much the gameplay, but I really liked the art and animation, as well as the music for Vampy. Vampy was the best. Anyway, you have a nice imagination and I hope to see more from you.

I also watched this after watching Dad's Home, and I gotta say, both flash movies are great and full of imagination. I'm not sure which I like more, actually. But keep up the good work for our sake. Not many artists out there like you.

YAAFM 9: Michael Moore

"Good job on this one."

date: August 31, 2004

I didn't think you'd make fun of Moore after making fun of Bush, but I was wrong. By the way, I think the dumbest thing about Moore is that he doesn't seem to realize that he himself is a redneck hick, and of course a white person too. Also, he seems to love Brits even though they are white. All in all, what really bothers me is he pretended to make some sort of stand against the war just to make a heaping load of cash. Did he go to Iraq and help anyone? No. He's not a peacemaker or a saint, just someone trying to infuriate us against the war because he knows that's popular, and as a result get his greedy hands on our money.

I bet not a single penny of his profits went toward Iraq. Perhaps he's right in a way: we Americans really are stupid for allowing him to make so much money off of us, the people he hates so much. In conclusion, Michael Moore sucks ass. Thanks for making this.

Mario Kart Underground

"Pretty damn good."

date: August 18, 2004

Pretty damn funny. I really liked the character design on this, especially that Yoshi with the affro and the not-so-innocent looking Peach. And the part after the race was funny with Donkey Kong beatign his chest like an idiot. Also, Sonic was in the crowd holding a HELP sign. Good stuff, very creative. Really whets my appetite for a good flash film.
